Presenting on: Development of written resources for CALD survivors in Australia – Lessons learnt
Georgina provides Project Management support to the ACSC. She is responsible for managing and evaluating a range of cancer survivorship initiatives.
Georgina has a background in cancer nursing and has previously undertaken a number of research projects focusing on the patient experience of cancer. In 2012 she received a grant to undertake a study examining the barriers for males with chronic illness in accessing supportive care services.
Georgina’s background also includes quality improvement and project work as well as the management of medium to large teams.
Georgina is passionate about the psychosocial care of people experiencing cancer. Her desire is to contribute to the provision of best practice innovative healthcare within the oncology setting.
