Mike Kennedy has been the Projects Manager at Palliative Care Victoria since November 2013. Mike worked in the Commonwealth and State public sectors in the areas of human resource management, equal employment opportunity and appeals and grievances while being a palliative care and health promotion volunteer, Board member and President in community based HIV organisations before moving into CEO roles in the HIV sector in the ACT and Victoria in 1997.
