
Dale is a diversity and inclusion consultant, trainer and activist. He has worked across the private, public, not-for-profit and sports sectors, embedding diversity and inclusion principles within organisation policies and practices to effect culture change. He is focused on changing the conversation around diversity by moving to an asset-based approach that recognises the value difference brings to organisations and communities. He developed the Inclusive Service Standards for the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing, is the current Co-Convenor of the Victorian Gay and Lesbian Rights Lobby and has successfully achieved a Master of Equality and Diversity from London Metropolitan University where his dissertation explored the intersect of Islam, sexual orientation, race, culture and gender.
