Khalid Osman was born in Khartoum, Sudan in 1961. He is a graduate of Khartoum University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA degrees from University of New England. He has worked in marketing, sales, distribution, education and training. Khalid joined AMES in 2004 as a community project officer to create the First African Newspaper in Australia, the Ambassador. He currently holds the position of CEO at the Victorian Vocational Volunteering and is Editor in Chief of African Migrant Newspaper.
